REVIEW Bourjois Healthy Mix Anti-Fatigue Concealer

I recently bought this concealer as I had just finished two tubes of my trusty Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer and I wanted to try something different. While in Boots, I had my mind set on buying Bourjois' Radiance Reveal Concealer, because I have heard many good things about. However, they didn't have any in stock, but I have been a fan of their Healthy Mix foundation, so I thought I'd give the concealer a go!

Firstly, the coverage isn't enough to cover inflamed blemishes, but I've been using it under my eyes. As it promises to be an 'Anti-Fatigue' concealer, I had high hopes. And I think it lives up! I do think I look more awake, as it gives your under eyes a dewy look, but not greasy. And in the shade I bought it in (51, the lightest) it has a kind of banana colour, which I've heard is good for contrasting eyebags out.

As for the packaging, I'm not a huge fan of the applicator. I don't know how to describe it, but it has a slanted edge with a hole in it. Because I'm extremely tight with the amount of product I use in the first appliance, I find it difficult to only get a tiny bit out. One problem is that this concealer only has 3 shades to choose from, and there isn't much of a selection to darker skinned people!

Anyway, I personally really like this concealer. It isn't as good as Collection Lasting Perfection, but I think that's down to their differences. It's good for giving your under eyes more life and health!

Have you tried this concealer? Got any opinions or other concealer recommendations? I'd love to hear! X

  1. Great review! I'm a fan of nars (vanilla) and benefit erase paste but this one can be a little greasy under your eyes therefore powder is required which then flattens the light under your eyes. X

    1. I tend to put the Benefit erase paste underneath another concealer, that works to correct the dark circles. X
